what's the difference between a lease and exclusive?+

a lease (basic, premium, trackout, unlimited) is non-exclusive: other artists can license the same beat. exclusive rights take the beat off the store for good — nobody else can buy it after you.

what happens to my lease if someone buys the exclusive?+

nothing changes for you. licenses sold before the exclusive stay valid for their full term and limits.

can i upload my song to spotify, apple music and youtube?+

yes — every paid license allows distribution up to its limits. just don't register the beat with youtube content id (and tell your distributor not to).

will my youtube video get a copyright claim?+

possibly, because yoavchu's beats are protected on youtube. if your license includes monetization, email your video link and order number and we'll clear it.

can i upgrade later?+

yes. if you outgrow your limits, upgrade to a bigger license and pay only the difference — just reply to your receipt email.

how do i receive the files?+

instantly after payment, on your download page and by email, with the license pdf in your name.

3. TERM
This license lasts 10 years from the effective date, or until any limit in section 4 is reached, whichever comes first. Territory: worldwide.

4. GRANT AND LIMITS
This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Beat in ONE new song (the "New Song"):
  - Distribution copies (downloads and physical): 2,500
  - Monetized audio streams (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.): 100,000
  - Music videos: 1
  - YouTube monetization of the music video: not included
  - Non-monetized video streams: unlimited
  - Radio stations: not included
  - Live performances: unlimited (for-profit allowed)
  - Sync (film, TV, ads, video games): not included
The Licensee may edit the arrangement, length, tempo and pitch of the Beat.

5. RESTRICTIONS
The Licensee may not resell, share, sublicense or transfer the Beat as delivered, use it in a sample pack, or claim ownership of the Beat.
NO CONTENT ID: the Licensee may not register the Beat or the New Song with YouTube Content ID or any similar fingerprinting service, and may not let a distributor do so.

6. YOUTUBE AND CONTENT ID
The Producer may administer Content ID for the Beat. Where YouTube monetization is included above, the Producer will clear claims on the Licensee's videos on request: email [producer email] with the video link and order [order number].

7. OWNERSHIP
The Producer keeps all rights to the Beat (master and composition). The Licensee owns their own lyrics and vocal recordings. The New Song is a derivative work.

8. PUBLISHING
Writer's share of the New Song: Producer 50% / Licensee 50%. The Licensee must list the Producer as a co-writer when registering the New Song with a PRO.

9. CREDIT
The Licensee must credit "prod. by yoavchu" in streaming metadata where possible and in the title or description of any video.

10. EXCLUSIVE SALE BY THE PRODUCER
If the Producer later sells exclusive rights to the Beat, this license stays valid for its term and limits.

11. UPGRADES
The Licensee may upgrade to a higher license by paying the price difference while the Beat is still available.

12. BREACH
If the Licensee breaches this agreement and does not fix it within 10 business days of notice, this license ends and earnings from unauthorized use are owed to the Producer.

13. WARRANTIES
The Beat is provided "as is". Each party is responsible for its own breach of this agreement.

14. GOVERNING LAW

3. EXCLUSIVITY
From the effective date the Producer will stop selling or licensing the Beat to anyone else, and the Beat has been removed from the store.
Licenses the Producer sold before this date remain valid under their own terms.

4. GRANT
Unlimited, perpetual, worldwide use of the Beat in the Licensee's recordings: unlimited copies, streams, music videos, radio, live performances and monetization. Sync use of the master is included.

5. CONTENT ID
The Producer will release any Content ID reference for the Beat within 14 days on request. The Licensee may then register their own recordings with Content ID, but must clear claims for the earlier licensees mentioned in section 3.

6. OWNERSHIP AND PUBLISHING
The Licensee owns the masters of their own recordings. The Producer keeps 50% of the writer's share of any composition that uses the Beat.

7. CREDIT
The Licensee must credit "prod. by yoavchu" in streaming metadata where possible and in the title or description of any video.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
