who we are

This store is run by yoavchu ("yoavchu"). Payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which also handles sales tax/VAT and issues your receipt.

what you buy

You buy a license to use a beat as described in the license you choose. You do not buy the copyright in the beat unless you purchase exclusive rights. The full license is shown before purchase and delivered as a PDF in your name.

delivery

Files are delivered instantly after payment on your order page and by email. If you lose access, use the "lost your files" page to resend your links.

refunds

Because beats are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final once the files are available to you. If a file is corrupted, missing, or not as described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. By checking out you request immediate delivery and acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery starts.

free downloads

Free tagged downloads are for non-profit use only (demos, freestyles, non-monetized uploads) with credit "prod. by yoavchu". Any commercial release needs a paid license.
